During a baseline measurement, we record the current structural condition of properties before renovation or construction work is carried out on adjacent properties.
What does a structural survey cost?
Property up to 300 m³: € 480
Property up to 1000 m³: € 620
Larger properties: price on request
Urgency surcharge: € 150
(inspection and report within 24 hours)

You will then receive an email confirmation from us with the order and our terms and conditions. After you approve/place the order, we will confirm the inspection.

Intake
Before the inspection, we will contact you to briefly discuss the assignment and any questions or wishes.

Inspection
Renofferte will conduct the inspection. You are welcome to attend. We will be happy to explain our findings on-site.
You will receive the digital report within 24 hours of inspections, so you have immediate insight into the inspection results.

Aftercare
The day after receiving the report, the inspector will call you personally, if desired, to discuss any questions you may have.
