Renofferte Advies BV offers project management and supervision to ensure renovation and remodeling projects run in an organized and manageable manner. Our goal is for your project to proceed as smoothly and stress-free as possible, while quality, planning, and costs are closely monitored.

 

We act as independent advisors and represent your interests throughout the entire process. From preparation to execution, we ensure structure, clear communication, and control over progress and quality.

  • managing the contractor quotation and selection procedure

For private individuals and small HOAs

Our project management is primarily aimed at private renovations and smaller HOA projects. We understand that renovations often take place in or around your home, and that you therefore primarily desire clarity, trust, and peace of mind during the process.

 

Through our dedicated guidance, we take a large part of the organization and communication off your hands. As a result, you do not have to concern yourself with daily coordination between contractors, planning, or technical issues.

 

Independent, but with a strong network

We work independently and always stand on our client's side. In the event that a contracted contractor underperforms, or if unexpected situations or emergencies arise, we can—if necessary—fall back on our own network of reliable specialist companies to get the project back on track.
