Want a clear and objective picture of the technical condition of your building or its components? A condition assessment according to NEN 2767 is the answer.
This standard offers a uniform and reliable method for assessing the condition of buildings and building components. Because the assessment is completely objective, different buildings or components can be accurately compared.
What is being assessed?
The condition assessment focuses on three aspects of a detected defect:

Severity – How serious is the deficiency?

Intensity – What stage is the deficiency at?

Extent – How large is the affected area or component?

Based on these factors, a condition score is awarded on a scale of 1 to 6:

Score 1 = Excellent condition

Intake
Once everything has been planned and the assignment is completely clear, we will start the necessary preparatory work.

Inspection
Renofferte carries out the inspection.
You can be present if you wish – we will explain our findings to you immediately on site.

Transfer of findings and reporting
The inspector submits the report. Any follow-up questions can be answered by phone. If a presentation/explanation is required for the board/members, we can arrange this for a fixed fee of €200 excluding 21% VAT. We will be present for one hour at the desired location in Amsterdam.
