At Renofferte.nl, we stand for a clear working approach, professional project guidance, and independent property inspections in Amsterdam. We specialize in buildings constructed before 1940 and carry out housing inspections for property purchases and sales, sustainability improvements, and advisory services related to renovation, structural issues, building defects, and disputes.
Our clients include private homeowners, homeowners’ associations (VvE’s), and real estate professionals such as property managers and real estate agents.
What we do
Our inspectors are IWI-certified and work according to the national standards NTA 8060 and NEN 2767. This means our advice is objective, independent, and well substantiated.
During each IWI inspection (Integral Housing Inspection), we assess the structural condition of the property, building installations, energy performance, and potential risks related to damage or health issues. This includes, for example, moisture problems, thermal bridges, ventilation issues, and insulation deficiencies.
We do not only provide insight into what may be wrong, but more importantly what can be done about it – clear, practical, and well-supported advice.
In renovation or improvement projects, we act as a sparring partner, independently helping to achieve the best possible outcome for your project. For us, the focus is on the shared result and overall project performance.
Our vision and motivation
Renofferte was founded by Jan van Beveren, driven by his passion for (historic) real estate and his many years of experience in project management and resolving structural issues and building-related emergencies.
With Renofferte.nl, our goal is to manage projects without stress and prevent problems before they arise, rather than solving them afterward. Because proper property management always starts with proper insight.
And even if you have not previously used Renofferte and a problem arises, we will work together with you to resolve it.
