At Renofferte.nl, we stand for clear reports and independent inspections of real estate in Amsterdam. We specialise in properties built before 1940 and carry out home inspections for purchase and sale, sustainability and advise on renovation, structural emergencies and disputes. Our clients are private homeowners, owners' associations and real estate professionals such as managers and estate agents.
What we do
Our inspectors are IWI-certified and work in accordance with the national standards NTA 8060 and NEN2767. This means objective, independent and substantiated advice. During every IWI inspection (Integrated Home Inspection), we assess the structural condition, installations, energy performance and risks of damage or health problems. These include moisture problems, thermal bridges, ventilation issues and insulation problems.
We not only provide insight into what is wrong, but above all: what can be done about it – clearly, practically and substantiated.
Our vision and motivation
Renofferte was founded by Jan van Beveren, based on his passion for (monumental) real estate and his years of experience in solving structural problems and calamities. With Renofferte.nl, we want to stay ahead of problems instead of solving them after the fact. Because good property management starts with good insight. If you have not used Renofferte and a problem arises, we will solve it.
